Wikipedia Space is such a novel environment that attempting to work in it requires new tools and techniques. Many common everyday services such as  weather forecasting ,  remote sensing ,  GPS  systems,  satellite television , and some long-distance communications systems critically rely on space infrastructure. Of the sciences,  astronomy  and  Earth science  (via  remote sensing ) benefit from space technology. New technologies originating with or accelerated by space-related endeavors are often subsequently exploited in other economic activities. Scientists are trying to know all about the black hole.and now they became successful in capturing first ever image of black hole A black hole is a region of spacetime exhibiting gravitational acceleration so strong that nothing—no particles or even electromagnetic radiation such as light—can escape from it. The theory of general relativity predicts that a sufficiently compact mass can deform spacetime to form a black hole.

   Universe , the whole cosmic system of matter and  energy  of which  Earth , and therefore the  human race , is a part. Humanity has traveled a long road since societies imagined Earth, the  Sun , and the  Moon  as the main objects of creation, with the rest of the universe being formed almost as an afterthought. Today it is known that Earth is only a small ball of rock in a  space  of unimaginable vastness and that the birth of the  solar system  was probably only one event among many that occurred against the backdrop of an already mature universe.
