"Look @ the moon"-Says Chandrayaan2

Image
Take a look at the first Moon image captured by #Chandrayaan2 #VikramLander taken at a height of about 2650 km from Lunar surface on August 21, 2019. Mare Orientale basin and Apollo craters are identified in the picture. #ISRO image source:ISRO (Chandrayaan-2 is India's second lunar exploration mission after Chandrayaan-1. Developed by the Indian Space Research Organisation, the mission was launched from the second launch pad at Satish Dhawan Space Centre on 22 July 2019 at 2.43 PM IST to the Moon by a Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle Mark III.)

Chandrayaan 2 is now in moon's lunar orbit.

Microscopic or telescopic??

Image
This rounded object is not something seen through a microscope. Instead, it's a vast orb of gas in our space, cast off by an aging star and seen by the NASA's Hubble t elescope . The star is visible in the orb's center, shining through the gases it formerly held. image source:NASA

Know about Solar System

Our  Solar System  consists of an average sta r we call the   Sun, There are eight planets in the solar system: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. The four inner solar system planets ( Mercury ,  Venus ,  Earth , and  Mars ) fall under the category of  terrestrial planets ;  Jupiter  and  Saturn  are  gas giants (giant plants composed mostly of hydrogen and helium) while  Uranus and Neptune  are the  ice giants  (containing mainly elements heavier than hydrogen and helium)... The ISS

The  International Space Station  ( ISS ) is a  space station  (habitable  artificial satellite ) in  low Earth orbit . The  ISS programme  is a joint project between five participating space agencies:  NASA  ( United States ),  Roscosmos  ( Russia ),  JAXA  ( Japan ),  ESA ( Europe ), and  CSA  ( Canada ). The ownership and use of the space station is established by intergovernmental treaties and agreements The ISS serves as a  microgravity  and  space environment  research laboratory in which crew members conduct experiments in  biology ,  human biology ,  physics ,  astronomy ,  meteorology , and  other fields . The station is suited for the testing of spacecraft systems and equipment required for missions to the Moon and Mars. The ISS  maintains an orbit  with an average altitude of 400 kilometres (250 mi) by means of reboost manoeuvres using the engines of the  Zvezda  module or visiting spacecraft. It circles the Earth in roughly 92 minutes and completes 15.5 orbits per day.

Technologies for space

Space technology is technology developed by space science or the aerospace industry for use in spaceflight, satellites, or space exploration. Space technology includes spacecraft, satellites, space stations, and support infrastructure, equipment, and procedures. Wikipedia Space is such a novel environment that attempting to work in it requires new tools and techniques. Many common everyday services such as  weather forecasting ,  remote sensing ,  GPS  systems,  satellite television , and some long-distance communications systems critically rely on space infrastructure. Of the sciences,  astronomy  and  Earth science  (via  remote sensing ) benefit from space technology. New technologies originating with or accelerated by space-related endeavors are often subsequently exploited in other economic activities. Space Agencies

Space agencies  are a key part of this community.  Here are some no space agencies - NASA:- National Aeronautics And Space Administration (United States) ISRO:- Indian Space Research Organisation (India) RFSA:-   Russian Federal Space Agency  (Russia) For more agencies please visit the link  https://adventuresofspace.blogspot.com/p/space-agencies.html

Know about moon

Earth's  Moon  is an  astronomical body  that  orbits  the planet and acts as its only  permanent   natural satellite . It is  the fifth-largest  satellite in the  Solar System , and the largest among planetary satellites relative to the size of the  planet  that it orbits (its  primary ). The Moon is, after  Jupiter 's satellite  Io , the second- densest  satellite in the Solar System among those whose densities are known. It was founded in 2002 by Elon Musk .

History of Space

Humans have always looked up into the night sky and dreamed about space. In the latter half of the 20th century, rockets were developed that were powerful enough to overcome the force of gravity to reach orbital velocities, paving the way for space exploration to become a reality. want to know more about space history ,visit https://adventuresofspace.blogspot.com/p/history.html

First man in Space?

Image
Yuri Alekseyevich Gagarin was a Soviet Air Forces pilot and cosmonaut who became the first human to journey into outer space, achieving a major milestone in the Space Race; his capsule Vostok 1 completed one orbit of Earth on 12 April 1961.   Space missions:  Vostok 1 Nationality:  Soviet Gagarin's flight came at a time when the United States and the Soviet Union were competing for technological supremacy in space. The Soviet Union had already sent the first artificial satellite, called  Sputnik , into space in October 1957.

Want to see Universe?

Universe , the whole cosmic system of matter and  energy  of which  Earth , and therefore the  human race , is a part. Humanity has traveled a long road since societies imagined Earth, the  Sun , and the  Moon  as the main objects of creation, with the rest of the universe being formed almost as an afterthought. Today it is known that Earth is only a small ball of rock in a  space  of unimaginable vastness and that the birth of the  solar system  was probably only one event among many that occurred against the backdrop of an already mature universe. Know about Mars

Want to know about mars and it's missions operated by NASA,ISRO, and  other space agencies?/ visit  https://adventuresofspace.blogspot.com/p/the-mars.html Mars  is the fourth  planet  from the  Sun  and the second-smallest planet in the  SolarSystem  after  Mercury.  In English, Mars carries a name of the  Roman god of war , and is often referred to as the " RedPlanet " because the  iron oxide  prevalent on its surface gives it a  reddish appearance  that is distinctive among the astronomical bodies visible to the naked eye.
