"Look @ the moon"-Says Chandrayaan2

Image
Take a look at the first Moon image captured by #Chandrayaan2 #VikramLander taken at a height of about 2650 km from Lunar surface on August 21, 2019. Mare Orientale basin and Apollo craters are identified in the picture. #ISRO image source:ISRO (Chandrayaan-2 is India's second lunar exploration mission after Chandrayaan-1. Know About "HELSINKI"

Image
A Chinese rocket company "HELSINKI" launched its first rocket on Saturday 17 Aug 2019, successfully sending three commercial satellites into orbit and boosting domestic light-lift competition. The Jielong-1 (Smart Dragon-1) four-stage solid propellant rocket developed by China Rocket Co. Ltd., a commercial spinoff from a launch vehicle manufacturer under the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC),  lifted off  from a transporter erector launcher at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center at 12:11 A.M.  17 Aug 2019.

Microscopic or telescopic??

Image
This rounded object is not something seen through a microscope. Instead, it's a vast orb of gas in our space, cast off by an aging star and seen by the NASA's Hubble t elescope . The star is visible in the orb's center, shining through the gases it formerly held. image source:NASA

Mission:Artemis

Administrator JimBridenstine announced NASA_Marshall will lead our Human Landing System Program that will put the first woman and next man on the Moon in five years as a part of our #Artemis program.

Chandrayaan- 2 is going to enter moon's orbit in 20 August 2019. A very proud moment for ISRO as well as all Indians. Are you excited or not? image source:ISRO (Chandrayaan-2 is India's second lunar exploration mission after Chandrayaan-1. Brighter:Moon or Sun??

Image
If our eyes could see high-energy radiation called gamma rays, the Moon would appear brighter than the Sun!  NASA's Fermy telescope reminds astronauts to withstand with gamma radiation on the lunar surface. Gamma-ray observations are not sensitive enough to clearly see the shape of the Moon’s disk or any surface features. Instead, Fermi’s Large Area Telescope (LAT) detects a prominent glow centered on the Moon’s position in the sky. #Artemis #NASA

Aliens:yes or no??

Alien life, such as microorganisms, has been hypothesized to exist in the Solar System and throughout the universe. This hypothesis relies on the vast size and consistent physical laws of the observable universe. Want to know about aliens, visit                                                       https://adventuresofspace.blogspot.com/p/aliens.html On 17 April 2014, the discovery of the Earth-size exoplanet Kepler-186f, 500 light-years from Earth, was publicly announced;   it is the first Earth-size planet to be discovered in the habitable zone and it has been hypothesized that there may be liquid water on its surface.

Know about Solar System

Our  Solar System  consists of an average sta r we call the   Sun, There are eight planets in the solar system: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. The four inner solar system planets ( Mercury ,  Venus ,  Earth , and  Mars ) fall under the category of  terrestrial planets ;  Jupiter  and  Saturn  are  gas giants (giant plants composed mostly of hydrogen and helium) while  Uranus and Neptune  are the  ice giants  (containing mainly elements heavier than hydrogen and helium)...
