A Chinese rocket company "HELSINKI" launched its first rocket on Saturday 17 Aug 2019, successfully sending three commercial satellites into orbit and boosting domestic light-lift competition. The Jielong-1 (Smart Dragon-1) four-stage solid propellant rocket developed by China Rocket Co. Ltd., a commercial spinoff from a launch vehicle manufacturer under the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC),  lifted off  from a transporter erector launcher at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center at 12:11 A.M.  17 Aug 2019.

Microscopic or telescopic??

Brighter:Moon or Sun??

Image
If our eyes could see high-energy radiation called gamma rays, the Moon would appear brighter than the Sun!  NASA's Fermy telescope reminds astronauts to withstand with gamma radiation on the lunar surface. Gamma-ray observations are not sensitive enough to clearly see the shape of the Moon’s disk or any surface features. Instead, Fermi’s Large Area Telescope (LAT) detects a prominent glow centered on the Moon’s position in the sky. #Artemis #NASA

Aliens:yes or no??

Alien life, such as microorganisms, has been hypothesized to exist in the Solar System and throughout the universe. This hypothesis relies on the vast size and consistent physical laws of the observable universe. Want to know about aliens, visit                                                       https://adventuresofspace.blogspot.com/p/aliens.html On 17 April 2014, the discovery of the Earth-size exoplanet Kepler-186f, 500 light-years from Earth, was publicly announced;   it is the first Earth-size planet to be discovered in the habitable zone and it has been hypothesized that there may be liquid water on its surface.

Know about Solar System

Our  Solar System  consists of an average sta r we call the   Sun, There are eight planets in the solar system: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. The four inner solar system planets ( Mercury ,  Venus ,  Earth , and  Mars ) fall under the category of  terrestrial planets ;  Jupiter  and  Saturn  are  gas giants (giant plants composed mostly of hydrogen and helium) while  Uranus and Neptune  are the  ice giants  (containing mainly elements heavier than hydrogen and helium)... The ISS

The  International Space Station  ( ISS ) is a  space station  (habitable  artificial satellite ) in  low Earth orbit . The  ISS programme  is a joint project between five participating space agencies:  NASA  ( United States ),  Roscosmos  ( Russia ),  JAXA  ( Japan ),  ESA ( Europe ), and  CSA  ( Canada ). The ownership and use of the space station is established by intergovernmental treaties and agreements The ISS serves as a  microgravity  and  space environment  research laboratory in which crew members conduct experiments in  biology ,  human biology ,  physics ,  astronomy ,  meteorology , and  other fields . The station is suited for the testing of spacecraft systems and equipment required for missions to the Moon and Mars. The ISS  maintains an orbit  with an average altitude of 400 kilometres (250 mi) by means of reboost manoeuvres using the engines of the  Zvezda  module or visiting spacecraft. It circles the Earth in roughly 92 minutes and completes 15.5 orbits per day.

Technologies for space

Space technology is technology developed by space science or the aerospace industry for use in spaceflight, satellites, or space exploration. Space technology includes spacecraft, satellites, space stations, and support infrastructure, equipment, and procedures. Wikipedia Space is such a novel environment that attempting to work in it requires new tools and techniques. Many common everyday services such as  weather forecasting ,  remote sensing ,  GPS  systems,  satellite television , and some long-distance communications systems critically rely on space infrastructure. Of the sciences,  astronomy  and  Earth science  (via  remote sensing ) benefit from space technology. New technologies originating with or accelerated by space-related endeavors are often subsequently exploited in other economic activities. Is earth in danger?

Image
"Asteroid named 1998 OR2 may collide with earth next year-"-says NASA Currently it is on a trajectory to just fly past our planet. NASA's Center for Near Earth Object Studies (CNEOS) has revealed that the  1998 OR2  asteroid has an estimated diameter of 13,500 feet and is expected to fly past the Earth on April 29, 2020, at 5:56am EDT (3:26pm IST). On its nearest point, the asteroid will be at a distance of approximately 0.04205 astronomical units or around 3.9 million miles from our planet's centre. Sounds safe, right? Well, the asteroid's course can be altered due to a couple of phenomena and it might eventually crash into Earth. Is earth in danger?? Are you worried or not??

Space Agencies

Know about moon

Earth's  Moon  is an  astronomical body  that  orbits  the planet and acts as its only  permanent   natural satellite . It is  the fifth-largest  satellite in the  Solar System , and the largest among planetary satellites relative to the size of the  planet  that it orbits (its  primary ). The Moon is, after  Jupiter 's satellite  Io , the second- densest  satellite in the Solar System among those whose densities are known. 39 Ancient galaxies found!!!

Image
Combining the strength of various observatories spanning the globe and off-planet space telescopes, scientists have discovered 39 previously unknown ancient massive galaxies, as well as the revelation that billions of years ago, these galaxies were intimately connected through supermassive black holes. "This is the first time that such a large population of massive galaxies was confirmed during the first 2 billion years of the 13.7-billion-year life of the universe. These were previously invisible to us," says researcher Tao Wang of the University of Tokyo, who was involved with the study, in a press statement. "This finding contravenes current models for that period of cosmic evolution and will help to add some details, which have been missing until now."

Animal alive in space!!

Image
The microscopic tardigrade —also known as the water bear—is the only animal that can survive the cold, irradiated vacuum of outer space. "Tardigrades can survive pressures that are comparable to those created when asteroids strike Earth, so a small crash like this is nothing to them," Lukasz Kaczmarek , an expert on tardigrades Tardigrades are a class of microscopic animals with eight limbs and a strange, alien-like behavior. William Miller , a leading tardigrade researcher at Baker University, says they are remarkably abundant. Hundreds of species "are found across the seven continents; everywhere from the highest mountain to the lowest sea," he says. "Many species of tardigrades live in water, but on land, you find them almost everywhere there's moss or lichen." Back in April, the moon-bound Israeli spacecraft Beresheet crashed due to a computer error. Scientists loaded the tardigrades onto the Beresheet along with human DNA samples; when

Black hole is not a dream now

Image
Scientists are trying to know all about the black hole.and now they became successful in capturing first ever image of black hole A black hole is a region of spacetime exhibiting gravitational acceleration so strong that nothing—no particles or even electromagnetic radiation such as light—can escape from it. The theory of general relativity predicts that a sufficiently compact mass can deform spacetime to form a black hole.
